For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) to ensure carrier-free conditions.

Target Information

The PKC family of serine/threonine kinases, including PRKCE (PKC epsilon), is activated by intracellular signal transduction pathways.
In humans, at least 12 PKC isoforms have been identified, differing in structure, tissue distribution, subcellular localization, and substrate specificity.
PKC family members are involved in diverse cellular signaling pathways and serve as receptors for phorbol esters, known tumor promoters.
Each PKC isoform exhibits unique expression patterns and functional roles within cells.
