- Detects 25–50 kb copy number changes

High-Density SNPs for Gene-Level Analysis
Includes 750,000 SNPs with >99% accuracy for:
- Breakpoint estimation
- Loss of heterozygosity (LOH)
- Identical-by-descent regions
- Maternal contamination detection
- Low-level mosaicism and UPD analysis
Broad Sample Compatibility
Supports multiple sample types for cancer and cytogenetic research:

The NIMBUS Target Preparation Instrument automates the post-PCR portion of the CytoScan assay, including DNA purification and pooling.

Chromosome Analysis Suite (ChAS) Software
The ChAS Software is designed by cytogeneticists for cytogeneticists and is provided free of charge as part of the CytoScan HD Solution.
