Specificity: Mouse CD54/ICAM1
Target Information
ICAM-1 (CD54)은 85–110 kDa의 단일 사슬형 type I 막관통 당단백질로, 5개의 immunoglobulin superfamily 반복 영역, 막관통 영역, 세포질 도메인을 포함합니다.
ICAM-1은 7개의 N-linked glycosylation 부위를 가지며 ICAM-3(CD50), ICAM-2(CD102)와 높은 아미노산 서열 상동성을 보입니다.
ICAM-1은 CD11a/CD18(LFA-1) 또는 CD11b/CD18(Mac-1) integrin과 결합하며, Rhinovirus의 수용체로도 작용합니다.
활성화된 내피세포, 상피세포, 섬유아세포, 연골세포, B 림프구, T 림프구(낮은 수준), 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포, 호중구 등에서 발현되며, 염증 시 발현이 증가합니다.
또한 일부 암세포(예: carcinoma, melanoma)에서도 검출됩니다.
혈장 내 용해성 ICAM-1은 다양한 염증성 질환 환자에서 상승된 수준으로 관찰됩니다.
