Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PTER is a mammalian homolog of bacterial phosphotriesterases, enzymes that hydrolyze organophosphate pesticides. It is primarily expressed in proximal renal tubules and localized to chromosomal band 10p12 in humans. PTER has been identified as a risk locus for early-onset and adult obesity in European populations. At least two isoforms of PTER are known.
