Target Information
CREBZF는 HCFC1에 결합할 때 전사를 강하게 활성화합니다. HSV 감염 세포에서 HCFC1 의존적으로 바이러스 단백질의 발현을 억제하며, CREB3의 HCFC1 의존적 전사 활성화를 억제하고 세포 내 CREB3 양을 감소시킵니다. 또한 CREBZF를 발현하는 세포에서 일부 세포 유전자의 발현을 하향 조절할 수 있습니다.
