Product #31346 has been successfully used in Western blot, IHC, and IP applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and with the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. However, cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species may occur.

Store at 4°C until opened. To extend shelf life, add an equal volume of glycerol to reach ~50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water (final concentration 1 mg/mL).

Target Information

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and highly specific for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are used for detection, sorting, or purification of target antibodies. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, they are produced by immunizing the host animal with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins and further purified or conjugated for specific applications.
