Target Information
CLEC7A (Dectin-1)은 C-type lectin-like domain (CTLD) 슈퍼패밀리에 속하는 수용체로, 주로 골수계 세포에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 세포막을 통과하는 type II 막단백질로, 세포외부의 lectin-like domain과 세포내부의 ITAM (immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif)을 포함합니다.
CLEC7A는 곰팡이 및 식물 유래 β-1,3 및 β-1,6 결합 글루칸을 인식하는 pattern-recognition receptor로 작용하며, 선천면역 반응에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
곰팡이에 노출되면 Syk tyrosine kinase를 활성화하여 reactive oxygen species (ROS) 생성을 유도합니다.
