Target Information
Epidermal growth factor-like protein 7 (EGFL7), also known as VE-statin, MEGF7, Notch4-like protein or Zneu1, is a 29.6 kDa protein produced and secreted by endothelium. It is expressed in normal and malignant tissues and plays a key role in regulating angiogenesis and vasculogenesis. High levels of EGFL7 are found in tissues with active angiogenesis associated with various disorders.
