Target Information
Disheveled DVL2는 dishevelled (dsh) 단백질 패밀리의 구성원으로, 척추동물의 dsh 단백질은 초파리 dsh와 약 40%의 아미노산 서열 유사성을 가집니다. 이 유전자는 90 kD 단백질을 암호화하며, 번역 후 인산화되어 95 kD 세포질 단백질로 전환됩니다. DVL2는 여러 Wnt 단백질에 의해 매개되는 신호전달 경로에서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 추정됩니다. 이러한 기능 메커니즘은 대부분의 후생동물에서 보존되어 있을 가능성이 높습니다.
