For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Thymidylate kinase (DTYMK) catalyzes the phosphorylation of dTMP to form dTDP in the dTTP synthesis pathway essential for DNA synthesis.
DTYMK plays a key role in the metabolism of pyrimidine analog drugs such as 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU), a chemotherapeutic agent used for several solid tumors.
The human DTYMK gene was identified through functional complementation of a Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell cycle mutant (cdc8).
DTYMK mRNA levels and enzyme activity are regulated by cell cycle and growth pathways.
