Target Information
Beta-3 Adrenergic Receptor는 주로 지방 조직에 존재하며, 지방 분해(lipolysis)와 열발생(thermogenesis)의 조절에 관여합니다. 이 수용체는 에피네프린과 노르에피네프린에 의해 G 단백질을 통한 아데닐산 사이클라아제 활성화에 관여합니다. Beta-3 Adrenergic Receptor의 발현은 지방 조직, 심장, 소화기 및 비뇨기계 평활근(방광, 결장, 소장, 위, 요관)에서 보고되었습니다. 대체 프로모터 또는 3’ 비번역 영역의 사용은 조직 특이적 발현 조절을 유발할 수 있습니다.
