Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

PMAT (SLC29A4) is a member of the SLC29 family encoding a plasma membrane protein with 11 transmembrane helices.
It catalyzes the reuptake of monoamines into presynaptic neurons, determining the intensity and duration of monoamine neural signaling.
PMAT transports compounds including serotonin, dopamine, and the neurotoxin 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium.
