Target Information
세포 매개 면역 반응은 항원제시세포(APC)에 결합된 MHC 분자와 결합된 펩타이드에 의해 자극된 T 림프구에 의해 시작됩니다. 활성화된 T 세포는 PD-1(PDCD-1)과 같은 억제 수용체를 발현하여 APC로부터 억제 신호를 전달받습니다.
PD-1은 PDL-1 및 PDL-2 두 가지 리간드에 결합할 수 있으며, 이 결합은 LPS 등의 ‘위험 신호’가 없는 경우 면역 반응의 활성화를 억제합니다. PD1 결손 마우스에서는 과활성화된 면역 시스템과 자가면역 질환이 관찰됩니다.
PD-1은 예측된 분자량보다 SDS-PAGE에서 더 높은 분자량으로 이동하는 경향이 있습니다.
