Target Information
NRAS (GTPase NRas)는 골지체와 세포막 사이를 이동하는 막 단백질로, ZDHHC9-GOLGA7 복합체에 의해 팔미토일화 및 탈팔미토일화 과정을 통해 조절됩니다. 이 단백질은 고유한 GTPase 활성을 가지며, GTP 결합형으로 활성화되고 GDP 결합형으로 비활성화됩니다. NRAS 유전자의 결함은 juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) 및 Noonan syndrome 6의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.
