Target Information
TEK receptor tyrosine kinase는 주로 내피세포에서 발현되며, 내피세포와 평활근세포 간의 신호전달에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
TEK 유전자 결함은 선천적 정맥 기형과 관련이 있으며, 리간드인 angiopoietin-1은 TEK 수용체에 결합하여 배아 혈관 발달에 관여하는 신호경로를 매개합니다.
또한 TIE2 발현은 갑상선자극호르몬(TSH) 및 세포 내 cAMP를 증가시키는 물질에 의해 증가함이 보고되었습니다.
TIE2를 발현하는 조혈줄기세포(HSC)는 휴지기 상태이며 항아폽토시스 특성을 지니며, 골수 niche 내의 조골세포에 부착하는 세포군을 형성합니다.
