Target Information
GSDMD (gasdermin-D)는 미생물 감염 및 위험 신호에 반응하여 pyroptosis를 유도합니다. 염증성 caspase인 CASP1 또는 CASP4에 의해 절단되어 활성화되며, 절단 후 세포막으로 이동하여 phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate, phosphatidylinositol (4,5)-biphosphate, phosphatidylinositol (3,4,5)-biphosphate, phosphatidic acid, phosphatidylserine 등 내엽 지질에 강하게 결합합니다. 또한 세균 살균 활성을 나타냅니다.
