This antibody reacts with mouse Pogz protein.
BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with Pogz from human, dog, short-tailed opossum, cattle, rat, chimpanzee, macaque, olive baboon, and chicken based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence.
Reactivity with Pogz from other sources has not been determined.

Target Information

POGZ is a zinc finger protein containing a transposase domain at the C-terminus.
It interacts with the transcription factor SP1 in a yeast two-hybrid system.
At least three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed.
