FACS 분석 시, 제안된 희석 배수의 50 µL를 사용하여 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL)를 염색합니다.
Target Information
Anti-Hamster 2차 항체는 햄스터 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 검출, 세포 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환되며, 다수의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭 효과를 제공합니다.
일반적으로 숙주 동물에 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 면역하여 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등으로 추가 정제 및 변형이 가능합니다.
