For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Phosducin-like proteins (PhLPs) are a conserved family of proteins with thioredoxin-like domains, initially identified as modulators of G protein signaling.
PDCL3 is highly homologous to PDCL and shares an N-terminal helix domain and a C-terminal thioredoxin-fold (Trx-fold) domain.
Together with PDCL2, PDCL3 interacts with the chaperonin CCT and modulates CCT-mediated actin and tubulin folding.
MAPK phosphorylation and RhoA-dependent regulation of PDCL3 contribute to cytoskeletal remodeling.
