Target Information
TSLC1(CADM1)은 Ca²⁺ 비의존적 세포 간 접착을 매개하며, CADM3 및 PVRL3와의 이종 접착도 수행합니다. 비소세포폐암(NSCLC)에서 종양 억제 인자로 작용하며, CRTAM과의 상호작용을 통해 NK 세포의 세포독성 및 IFN-γ 분비를 촉진합니다. 또한 신경세포의 시냅스 형성, 축삭 성장, 이동 및 정자 발생 과정의 세포 부착에도 관여합니다.
