Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The CETN1 protein plays a critical role in centrosome positioning and segregation, as well as microtubule severing. It localizes to the centrosome in interphase cells and redistributes to spindle poles during mitosis, reflecting centrosome dynamics during the cell cycle.
