Target Information
STXBP4는 세포질에서 세포막으로의 수송 소포 이동에 관여하며, STX4A와 결합하여 SLC2A4의 세포막 이동을 억제합니다. 인슐린 자극 시 STX4A와의 상호작용이 해제되어 SLC2A4의 세포막 발현이 증가합니다. 또한 STXBP4는 포도당 자극 후 췌장 베타 세포의 인슐린 분비 조절에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
