Target Information
Talin은 세포-기질 부착 부위의 다기능 구성요소로, 다양한 조직과 세포 유형에서 발견되는 고분자량 단백질(225–235 kDa)입니다. Talin은 필라멘트성 액틴이 존재하는 접합 복합체의 세포질 면에 위치한 특수한 세포-세포 및 세포-기질 결합 부위에 존재합니다. 배양 세포에서는 Talin이 세포-세포 접합부에는 없으며, 접착판 및 세포 표면 피브로넥틴 아래의 섬유상 구조에서 주로 발견됩니다. Talin은 adhesion plaque에 위치한 vinculin 및 integrin과 상호작용합니다.
