IL2RA, IL2RB, IL2RG로 구성된 고친화성 IL2 수용체 복합체를 형성하며, IL2는 T 세포에서 주로 발현되어 세포 성장, 분화, 사멸 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
유전자 변이는 interleukin 2 receptor alpha deficiency와 관련이 있습니다.
