Target Information
This gene product belongs to the MAGUK (membrane-associated guanylate kinase homologs) family of membrane-associated proteins. MAGUKs interact with the cytoskeleton and regulate cell proliferation, signaling pathways, and intracellular junctions. The protein contains a conserved SH3 (src homology 3) motif, which is found in proteins associated with the cytoskeleton and involved in signal transduction.
