Target Information
B7-H6 (NCR3LG1)은 종양 세포 표면에 발현되는 막단백질 리간드로, NK 세포의 NKp30 수용체와 결합합니다. 이 결합은 NK 세포의 활성화 및 표적 세포 용해를 유도합니다. 정상 조직에서는 발현되지 않으며, 특정 조건에서의 내인성 발현 가능성은 연구 중입니다. 일부 패혈증 환자의 순환성 염증성 단핵세포(CD14⁺CD16⁺)에서 B7-H6 발현이 보고되었습니다.
