Target Information
Adipose tissue는 대사 및 면역과 같은 생리적·병리적 과정을 조절하는 다양한 생체 활성 분자인 adipokines를 생성·분비합니다.
Adiponectin/ACRP30과 그 구조적·기능적 상동체인 C1q/TNF-alpha 관련 단백질(CTRPs) 1–7은 highly conserved adipokine family에 속합니다.
Adiponectin은 분화된 adipocytes에서만 발현되지만, CTRPs는 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다.
CTRPs는 간과 근육 조직에서 주로 작용하여 포도당 및 지질 대사 조절에 관여합니다.
Adiponectin의 결정 구조 분석 결과, TNF와 C1q 함유 단백질 사이의 구조적·진화적 연관성이 밝혀졌으며, 이들은 공통의 선천면역 유전자에서 유래된 것으로 추정됩니다.
CTRPs 단백질군의 다른 구성원과 마찬가지로 성숙한 CTRP7은 분비되어 순환계에서 발견됩니다.
