For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

G-CSF (Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor) is a cytokine that stimulates production and antibacterial function of neutrophils and monocytes.
Human G-CSF is an 18.8 kDa protein with 175 amino acid residues, produced by various cell types including monocytes, macrophages, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, astrocytes, osteoblasts, and bone marrow cells.
It plays a key role in hematopoietic cell proliferation, differentiation, and activation, and is expressed in certain transformed cells such as carcinoma and myeloblastic leukemia cells.
G-CSF is encoded by two distinct DNA sequences, resulting in a full-size high activity and a shorter low activity isoform.
Clinical applications include treatment of neonatal infections, myocardial infarction, neutropenia, severe infections, sepsis, autoimmune neutropenia, acute myeloid leukemias, Sweet’s syndrome, and AIDS.
Additionally, G-CSF serves as a marker protein for carcinomas and is linked to Kostmann Syndrome.
