Target Information
RPS6KA2 (RSK3) serine/threonine kinase는 ribosomal S6 kinase (RSK) family에 속하며, 여러 성장 인자에 대한 세포 반응에서 신호 전달 중간체로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 폐와 골격근에서 높은 수준으로 존재합니다. p90 ribosomal S6 kinases (RSK)1–4는 ERK/MAPK cascade의 하위 구성원입니다. 인간에서 RSK2 활성의 결손은 Coffin-Lowry syndrome을 유발하며, 이는 정신 지체와 성장 결핍을 특징으로 하고 G-protein coupled signaling의 조절에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
