- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

CD45RB is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase, part of the CD45 glycoprotein family.
CD45 plays a crucial role in lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, acting as a regulator of Src-family kinases. It promotes cell survival through integrin-mediated signal transduction and is involved in DNA fragmentation during apoptosis.
CD45 isoforms differ in extracellular domains but share identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic regions. Their expression varies by cell type and physiological state.
CD45RB is expressed in microglia and inflammatory cells and is essential for immunoreceptor signaling and hematopoietic lineage cell function, excluding mature red cells.
