Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD47 (Integrin-Associated Protein, IAP)은 세포 표면의 막관통 당단백질로, 다양한 인테그린과 상호작용하여 그 기능을 조절합니다.
CD47은 리간드 또는 카운터 수용체 결합을 통해 G 단백질 신호 경로를 조절하며, 세포 부착 시 세포내 칼슘 농도를 증가시킵니다.
또한 thrombospondin의 C-말단 세포 결합 도메인에 대한 수용체로 작용하며, 막 수송 및 신호전달에 관여합니다.
CD47은 광범위한 조직에서 발현되며, Rh 적혈구에서 발현이 감소합니다.
CD47은 대식세포의 억제성 수용체인 CD172a(SIRPα)의 리간드로 작용하여, CD47 양성 세포의 식작용을 억제합니다.
이 시스템은 세포 이동, B세포 부착, T세포 활성화, 연골세포의 기계적 자극 반응 조절, 신경 발달에도 관여합니다.
CD47은 특히 시냅스가 풍부한 뇌와 망막 부위에서 많이 발현됩니다.
