- PTK, SH2, and SH3 domains for protein-protein interactions
FGR localizes to plasma membrane ruffles and acts as a negative regulator of cell migration and adhesion via the beta-2 integrin signaling pathway. Epstein-Barr virus infection can lead to overexpression of this protein.
