Target Information
MEOX2는 somitogenesis에 중요한 역할을 하는 mesodermal transcription factor로, sclerotome 발달에 필수적입니다. Endothelial cell에서 CDKN1A 및 CDKN2A 발현을 활성화하며, 세포 증식 조절에 관여합니다.
DNA 의존적 방식으로 CDKN1A를, DNA 비의존적 방식으로 CDKN2A를 활성화합니다.
휴지 상태의 혈관 평활근 세포가 세포 주기로 재진입할 때 조절 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
