Target Information
CNOT1은 CCR4-NOT 복합체의 스캐폴딩 구성요소로, 주요 세포 내 mRNA deadenylase 복합체 중 하나입니다. 이 복합체는 mRNA 분해, miRNA 매개 억제, 번역 개시 단계에서의 억제 및 전사 조절과 같은 다양한 세포 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 AU-rich element(ARE)를 포함한 mRNA의 분해에도 관여하며, ZFP36과의 결합을 통해 작용할 수 있습니다. TNRC6A/B/C와의 상호작용을 통해 CCR4-NOT 복합체를 miRNA 타깃 및 RISC 복합체로 모집합니다. 전사 억제 인자로 작용하며, 핵 수용체의 리간드 의존적 전사 활성화를 억제합니다. 배아줄기세포(ES cell) 정체성 유지에도 관여합니다.
