Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene shares significant homology with the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) protein-binding EB1 gene family. Although the exact function is unknown, its homology suggests a role in tumorigenesis of colorectal cancers and regulation of normal cell proliferation.
