Target Information
ASAH1는 acid ceramidase family 단백질을 암호화합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변형이 생성되며, 그중 하나는 preproprotein을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 α 및 β 서브유닛으로 처리되어 성숙한 리소좀 효소를 형성하고, ceramide를 sphingosine과 지방산으로 분해합니다.
