Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에 존재하는 당단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 혈소판 응집에 관여하며, 피브리노겐, 피브로넥틴, 폰빌레브란트 인자(von Willebrand factor), 비트로넥틴(vitronectin) 등의 수용체로 작용합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa의 당단백질로, 세포 표면에서 αIIb 인테그린(CD41) 또는 αV 인테그린(CD51)과 결합합니다.
혈소판과 거핵세포에서는 CD41과, 내피세포·단핵구·골흡수세포에서는 CD51과 함께 발현됩니다.
CD61은 세포 부착 및 세포 신호전달에 관여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 같은 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
