Target Information
AXL은 만성 골수성 백혈병, 결장암, 흑색종 등과 관련된 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 세포외 기질의 성장 인자(GAS6 등)와 결합하여 세포 증식 신호를 전달합니다.
TAM 수용체(Axl, Tyro3, Mer)는 세포자멸(apoptosis)된 세포의 식작용(phagocytosis)에 관여하며, TAM 수용체 결핍 마우스는 자가면역 질환 유사 증상을 보입니다.
Axl은 또한 필로바이러스의 세포 내 진입 수용체로 작용할 수 있으며, 특정 인간 혈액 수지상세포 아형(Siglec 6+/Axl+)의 표지자로 사용됩니다.
Axl의 세포 발현은 TLR 리간드(LPS, poly I:C 등)에 의해 상향 조절될 수 있으며, 용해형 Axl은 막 단백질 형태의 단백질 분해로 생성됩니다.
혈장 내 Axl 농도 증가는 염증 및 암과 관련될 수 있습니다.
