Target Information
CD50 (intracellular adhesion molecule 3, ICAM-3)는 백혈구에 의해 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, 림프구 기능 관련 항원(LFA)-1 인테그린의 상보 수용체 역할을 합니다. ICAM-3는 T 세포와 항원제시세포 간 접촉을 매개하며, LFA-1의 ICAM-1에 대한 결합 친화도를 조절하고 T 세포의 활성화 및 증식을 유도합니다. 또한 ICAM-3는 면역반응 개시에 필수적인 역할을 하며, 수지상세포 및 대식세포의 C-type lectin인 CD209 (DC-SIGN)과 상호작용하여 수지상세포와 과립구 사이의 신호 전달에 관여합니다.
