Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. These antibodies are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules. Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and increased sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically, they are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, followed by purification and modification (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to ensure high specificity.
