Target Information
MIA3는 COPII 코팅 소포에 들어가기에는 너무 큰 화물의 수송에 관여하며, 특정 기작을 통해 막 결합 운반체에 포함되어 소포체로부터 수출되도록 돕습니다.
COL7A1 단백질을 운반체에 적재하여 분비하는 데 필수적이며, Sec23/24와 결합하여 SH3-결합 COL7A1을 운반체로 안내합니다.
전반적인 단백질 분비에는 관여하지 않으나, COL7A1을 분비하지 않는 세포에서는 다른 단백질 분비에도 참여할 수 있습니다.
지질단백질의 분비에도 필요하며, 소포체 출구 부위(ERES)에서 COPII 코트 구성 요소의 올바른 조립과 SEC16A, MIA2, PREB/SEC12 복합체의 위치 조정에 관여합니다.
