Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cancerous Inhibitor of PP2A (CIP2A) inhibits protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) activity, which is required for the transformation of human cells. CIP2A interacts with c-Myc, inhibits PP2A-mediated dephosphorylation of c-Myc at serine 62, and prevents its proteolytic degradation.
CIP2A promotes anchorage-independent cell growth and tumor formation, and is overexpressed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and colon cancer.
