Invitrogen™ S.N.A.P.™ Plasmid DNA MiniPrep Kit

The S.N.A.P.™ MiniPrep Kit is a plasmid DNA purification system designed to yield pure plasmid DNA for automated sequencing in just 25 minutes. Pure plasmid DNA can improve automated sequencing results by producing:

• Longer reads
• Lower background
• Higher accuracy
• Stronger signal peaks

To ensure the highest quality, each lot of S.N.A.P.™ MiniPrep Kits is tested in an automated sequencing reaction. At least 450 bases of 98.5% accurate sequence must be obtained, with typical read lengths up to 650 bases.
The kit yields up to 10 μg of pure plasmid DNA from 1–3 mL of overnight bacterial culture.
