Target Information
EZH2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase)는 Polycomb-group (PcG) 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, 유전자 발현의 억제 상태를 세포 세대를 거쳐 유지하는 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 단백질은 배아외배엽 발달 단백질, VAV1 온코단백질, X-연관 핵 단백질과 상호작용합니다. EZH2는 조혈 및 중추신경계 발달에 관여할 수 있으며, EZH2의 돌연변이는 Weaver 증후군(WVS)과 관련이 있습니다.
