Target Information
Apolipoprotein H (APOH) participates in various physiological pathways including lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the formation of antiphospholipid autoantibodies. APOH may act as a cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome, but is not required for reactivity associated with infections.
