For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) to ensure carrier-free conditions.

Target Information

Phosphatidylserine decarboxylases (PSDs) catalyze the formation of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) from phosphatidylserine (PS).
Type I PSDs, such as PISD, are localized to the inner mitochondrial membrane via an N-terminal targeting sequence.
PISD contains a conserved LGST motif functioning as an autocatalytic cleavage site, splitting the proenzyme into mature alpha and beta subunits.
