Target Information
Aurora kinases are a conserved family of mitotic serine/threonine kinases consisting of Aurora A, B, and C in mammals. They are associated with mitotic structures and play roles from G2 phase to cytokinesis. Functions include centrosome duplication, chromosome bi-orientation and segregation, and cleavage furrow positioning and ingression.
