SIGLEC9 (Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 9)
SIGLEC9은 세포 간 결합을 매개하는 시알산 의존성 접착 분자로 추정됩니다. 두 개의 Ig-like C2 타입 도메인과 하나의 Ig-like V 타입 도메인을 포함하며, α2,3 또는 α2,6 결합된 시알산에 선택적으로 결합합니다. 시알산 인식 부위는 동일한 세포 표면의 시알산과의 cis 상호작용에 의해 가려질 수 있습니다.
