Target Information
GNL2는 뉴클레올러스 내 pre-60S 리보솜 소단위체와 결합하는 GTPase로, 리보솜의 핵 내 수출 및 성숙에 필수적인 단백질입니다. 또한 p53/TP53 단백질 수준을 증가시켜 세포 증식을 촉진할 수 있으며, CDKN1A/p21의 발현을 유도하고 RPL23A 단백질 수준을 감소시킬 수 있습니다.
