Target Information
GNPDA1는 glucosamine/galactosamine-6-phosphate isomerase 계열에 속하는 289개의 아미노산으로 구성된 세포질 단백질입니다. 이 효소는 D-glucosamine-6-phosphate를 D-fructose-6-phosphate와 암모늄으로 가역적으로 변환하는 반응을 촉매합니다.
또한 포유류 난자의 수정 시 칼슘 진동을 유도하여 난자 및 초기 배아 발달에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
GNPDA1은 homohexamer 구조를 가지며 대부분의 인체 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 고환, 난소, 태반, 심장에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
